商品问题
如果您收到的商品有质量问题(运输途中损坏、错发、过期、商品本身无法正常操作或使用),请在收到包裹后7个工作日内发送清晰的商品问题图片(逾期不接受),并将您的订单号发送到客户服务电子邮件help@beautycornerca.com并注明退货原因。除因商品质量及平台过错原因退换货外,其他客户自身原因退换货邮费由客户承担,并退款时,退款金额将扣除支付平台收取的交易费用(如信用卡交易费,PayPal商家付款交易费等)。由于卖家退货政策,客服回复邮件需要较长时间。一般我们会在24个工作小时内回复。请耐心等待。
出于卫生和产品安全的考虑,已开封或使用过的美容产品不接受退换货(包括开封或使用过等误发产品,一律不予退换)。请确保要退款的商品未开封、未使用且完好无损。因皮肤过敏等个人因素,恕不接受退换货。建议在使用前进行皮肤测试。因个人喜好(如外观、颜色、气味等)或不适合个人肤质或发质的退货申请恕不受理,敬请见谅!因产品不定时更换包装及版本,网站上的产品图片和信息仅供参考。请以实际收到产品为准。不属于质量问题,概不退换。为保证食品安全和食品卫生诚信,食品/保健品/保健品/鲜活易腐品如无质量问题,恕不退换。
请在退货前将退货请求发送至我们的客服邮箱help@beautycornerca.com。如因产品损坏、保修期届满、未发货等原因提出退货请求,请将您的产品订单信息和相关产品的清晰照片发送给我们。退换货费用将由平台商家或客户根据实际情况自行承担。退货申请获批后15个工作日内未发送退货产品的,退货申请将被取消。
收到退货包裹后,我们将通过电子邮件通知您并处理退款。订单付款时如使用了礼卡、积分,退款时会先退礼卡,积分。退款需要 5-7 个工作日才能显示在您当时付款的银行/PayPal 帐户中。审核通过后,请您将商品、附件、发票、包装、赠品,一并返回Beauty Corner,核实属实后,办理退换货手续(电子发票无需返回)。对于申报未开封的退货,商家将在收到退回的包裹后进行检查,确认无误后退款。
退款使用与支付订单相同的付款方式。 您无法向其他卡或银行账户退款。
退款以客户用于支付订单的相同货币发放。
如果退款时需要兑换货币,则在兑换时使用当前货币汇率,而不是下订单时的货币汇率。转换付款时,您需要支付货币转换费,但退款时不会。 退款时不会退还货币兑换费。
注意
因个人原因取消订单,退款时将不会退还信用卡公司收取的交易费给您。
不予办理退换的情况
• 为保证食品安全,确保食品卫生和完整性,食品类/保健品类/养生品类/鲜活易腐类商品如无质量问题,不可退换。
• 未经授权的维修、误用、碰撞、疏忽、滥用、进液、事故、改动、不正确的安装所造成的商品质量问题,或撕毁、涂改标贴、机器序号、防伪标记。
• 用了美妆护肤类商品类后出现过敏症状,或者不适合个人肤质、发质等原因。由于皮肤过敏等属于个人因素,建议使用前进行皮肤测试。
• 销售时已明示的临近保质期的商品、有瑕疵的商品。
• 拆封后易影响人身安全或者健康的商品(贴身内衣,成人用品等),或者拆封后易导致商品品质发生改变的商品,如无质量问题,不可退换。
• 无法保证退回商品完好的商品。(能够保持原有品质、功能,商品本身、配件、商标标识齐全不影响使用的,视为商品完好)
• 因个人使用,贮存不当等原因造成的商品损坏,不予退换货。
• 网站商品图片及信息仅供参考,请以实物为准,如无质量问题,不可退换。
• Beauty Corner坚持销售正品产品,如果客户质疑商品货源是否为正品,请出具权品牌商授权检测机构出具的质量检测报告、书面鉴定文件;否则不予受理。
• 清仓特价商品,除商品在送货过程中损坏的情况,一律不予退换货。

Due to hygiene and product safety, it is not acceptable to return or exchange beauty products that have been opened or used (including mis-issued products such as opened or used, will not be returned). Please make sure that the item to be refunded is unopened, unused, and intact. Due to personal factors such as skin allergies, returns cannot be accepted. Skin tests are recommended before use. Applications for returns due to personal preferences (such as appearance, color, smell, etc.) or unsuitable for personal skin type or hair quality will not be accepted, please forgive me! The product pictures and information on the website are for reference only. Please refer to the actual product. It is not a quality problem and will not be returned. In order to ensure food safety and food hygiene and integrity, food/health products/health products/fresh and perishable products cannot be returned if there is no quality problem.
Please send the return request to our customer service email help@beautycornerca.com before returning the product. If the return request is due to damage to the product, expiration of the warranty period, missing delivery, etc., please send us your product order information and clear photos of related products. The cost of return will be borne by the merchant or customer based on the actual situation. If the product is not returned within 15 working days after the return application is approved, the return application will be cancelled.
After we receive the return package, we will notify you by email and process a refund. It takes 5-7 working days for the refund to appear on the bank/PayPal account where you paid at the time. For the return of goods declared unopened, the merchant will check after receiving the returned package and refund once it is confirmed that it is intact.
Refunds use the same payment method that was used to pay for the order. You can't issue a refund to a different card or bank account.
Refunds are issued in the same currency that the customer used to pay for the order.
If the currency needs to be converted for the refund, then the current currency rate, and not the currency rate at the time of the order, is used in the conversion. You're charged a currency conversion fee when the payment is converted, but not when a refund is issued. Currency conversion fees.

If the order is cancelled due to the customer's personal request, Credit card transaction fees aren't returned to you when you issue a refund.
