订单处理:
BEAUTY CORNER自营商品订单发货工作日为周一至周五(节假日除外)。我们会在 1~2 个工作日内处理并发送您的订单。在周末和法定节假日的情况下,处理您的订单可能需要额外的工作日。
该平台将通过 USPS、UPS、FEDEX等运输公司服务,将产品直接邮寄到您订单中指定的送货地址。订单从美国仓库发货后,通常美国西部1-3个工作日内收到,中东部地区2-5个工作日内收到,个别偏远地区,如NM、AK、VT等州可能需要5-7个工作日内收到。本网站上列出的所有交货时间均为参考时间。参考时间的计算基于库存状态、正常处理程序、交货时间和交货地点。
请清楚准确地填写您的真实姓名、收货地址和联系方式。请谨慎选择 P.O. BOX地址,大部分物流不支持P.O. BOX地址递送(某些 USPS 地址除外)。

为了让您体验最便捷高效的派送方式,我们的美国仓库选择USPS、UPS及FEDEX等美国专业服务商,来转发和派送您的包裹。从订单生成开始,我们最快1个工作日内寄出订单包裹,最慢2个工作日内寄出,您将在包裹寄出后1~5个工作日内收到您的货物。
丢失和被盗包裹政策:
BEAUTY CORNER不对任何丢失或被盗的包裹负责。必须联系相应的履行第三方,例如USPS等邮寄服务商,以获得进一步的解决方案。
如果您的订单已由我们发货,但在运送给您的过程中包裹丢失或被盗,请按照相应邮寄服务商,进行搜索并联系运输服务商,以取回您的商品或提出索赔以获得退款。

直播间订单配送、店取说明
BEAUTY CORNER直播间,是BC与供货商深度合作,达成以更低的销售价格为大家带来优质好物。因此,直播间订单产品,将有产生订单的产品数量为数据,BC的合作供货商将根据直播间销售产品数量,来配送对应销售产品。因此,直播间订单,在订单产品不缺货的以及合作供货商配送及时的情况下,将会在订单完成后1-3个工作日内发货或者取货。如发生订单产品缺货,我们将需要更多时间为您(顾客)准备订单。如供货商配送延迟,我们也需要更多时间准备您的订单。如有直播间订单延迟,可以联系我们微信客服咨询订单状况。当订单完成邮寄或者订单可以取货,我们将会给您发送通知(如选择隐藏注册邮箱的顾客,可能无法正常收到邮件通知)。

Order processing:
BEAUTY CORNER's self-operated product orders are shipped from Monday to Friday (except holidays). We will process and ship your order within 1~2 business days. In the case of weekends and statutory holidays, additional business days may be required to process your order.
We will ship the product directly to the shipping address specified in your order through USPS, UPS, FEDEX and other shipping company services. After the order is shipped from the US warehouse, it is usually received within 1-3 working days in the western United States, and within 2-5 working days in the central and eastern regions. Individual remote areas, such as NM, AK, VT and other states may take 5- 7 working days. All delivery times listed on this website are reference times. The calculation of the reference time is based on the stock status, normal processing procedures, delivery time and delivery location.

Out of stock handling:
If the products in your order are out of stock, your order may be temporarily cancelled, or the out-of-stock products in your order may be cancelled. The customer service staff will send a reminder email and refund the difference.

Shipping method:
In order to let you experience the most convenient and efficient delivery method, our US warehouse chooses US professional service providers such as USPS, UPS and FEDEX to forward and deliver your package. From the time of order generation, we will send the order package within 1 working day at the fastest and within 2 working days at the slowest. You will receive your goods within 1 to 5 working days after the package is sent out.
Lost and Stolen Package Policy:
BEAUTY CORNER is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You must contact the appropriate fulfillment third party, such as a mailing service provider such as USPS, for further resolution.
If your order was shipped by us, but was lost or stolen in transit to you, please follow the appropriate shipping provider, search and contact to retrieve your item or file a claim for a refund.

Live stream order delivery and store pickup instructions
BEAUTY CORNER live stream is an in-depth cooperation between BC and suppliers to bring high-quality products to everyone at lower sales prices. Therefore, the order products in the live stream will have the quantity of the products ordered. BC's cooperative suppliers will distribute the corresponding sales products based on the quantity of products sold in the live stream.
